The Delivery Tool was created to educate and enhance the car delivery process for both Volvo dealers and their customers. Dealers now have their deliveries scheduled and archived, and use the tool to inform their customers with step-by-step feature instructions. Customers can use the tool as an educational resource at home and customize their own delivery experience by selecting the features they would like their dealer to review with them.
